  6.           Memory management more robust.
  7.  
  8.           Documents created with version 4.7 will NOT open
  9.           correctly into earlier versions of the main DOCMaker
  10.           application.
  11.           
  12.           This is due to the large number of individual pictures
  13.           that can be put into a document now that 100 chapters
  14.           are supported.  The manner in which pictures are
  15.           cataloged has changed.  DOCMaker v4.7 will open ANY
  16.           previously saved DOCMaker document.
  17.           
  18.           More secure saving routines preserve your original
  19.           document until the save process is completed.
  20.           Fixes file corruption during save.
  21.  
  22.           You need at least twice the disk space available to
  23.           resave an existing Stand-Alone Document.
  24.           
  25.           If you open an existing stand-alone document into
  26.           DOCMaker, make changes, and choose Save from the File
  27.           Menu, your original document is left untouched until
  28.           the save process has successfully completed.  Then your
  29.           original document is removed - this is a very secure
  30.           way to save a file, but requires that you have enough
  31.           disk space available for two copies of your document
  32.           during a Save process.

  36.           DOCMaker allows you to create 100 chapters
  37.           in a single stand-alone document.
  38.  
  39.           More secure saving preserves your original

  43.           scrollbar in stand-alone documents.

  45.           100 Level Returns (increased from 20).

  51. Version 4.6.1 Fixes:

  53.           Fixed problems that disabled sending AppleEvents
  54.           from picture actions.  Now Send AppleEvent
  55.           picture actions works correctly.  This problem
  56.           was introduced in version 4.6.
  57.           
  58.           DOCMaker now correctly imports RTF text files - this
  59.           has not worked correctly in previous versions.

  61. Version 4.6.1 Changes and Features Added:
  62.  
  63.           DOCMaker documents now have a right-handed chapter
  64.           navigation scrollbar.  This may be changed to
  65.           a left handed scrollbar if the user desires.
  66.           
  67.           DOCMaker documents may now be opened into DOCMaker
  68.           by dragging their icons to the DOCMaker icon. This
  69.           requires System 7.  If this does not work on your
  70.           Mac after installing DOCMaker, you will need to
  71.           copy DOCMaker v4.6.1 to your main hard disk (the
  72.           one with your System Folder) and then rebuild your
  73.           desktop.  To rebuild the desktop, you need to restart
  74.           your Macintosh while holding down the command and 
  75.           option keys.  Hold these keys down UNTIL you get
  76.           the rebuild desktop dialog.

  78.           Removed the Transfer menu item from the DOCMaker
  79.           application.  This is no longer needed.

  84.           Fixed problems caused by running out of memory
  85.           and saving.  In earlier versions, if you received the
  86.           out-of-memory error while editing a document in
  87.           DOCMaker and then saved, sometime the saved
  88.           document could become corrupted.

  92.           DOCMaker documents now may have a startup
  93.           splash dialog and sound!

  98.           Pictures that have the "Send Apple Event" picture
  99.           action may not print regardless of the setting
  100.           of the "Print" checkbox for that picture in the
  101.           Picture Settings Dialog.  This has been fixed in v4.5.2.

  106.           When the stand-alone document was saved with the
  107.           "Output Text" feature, the document may quit with
  108.           System Error ID 15.  This has been fixed in v4.5.1.

  110.           If a plain text file was opened into DOCMaker and then
  111.           immediately saved as a stand-alone document.  The stand-
  112.           alone document would sometimes issue a low-memory alert.
  113.           This has been fixed in v4.5.1.
